Acupuncture
New Patient Appointment- $185

An in-depth, personalized and comprehensive acupuncture treatment focused on your specific healing needs. Treatments utilize acupuncture needles and infrared heat lamp therapy and may also include cupping, tuning fork vibration, tui na (massage) and/or gua sha (scraping technique to release heat and tension from the body) when relevant to the patient’s condition. Extensive patient intake creates a full picture of health priorities and goals based on history and current concerns, leading to individualized diagnosis and treatment plan. Includes dietary, lifestyle and herb/ supplement/ vitamin recommendations as well as at home meditations and exercises for enhanced well-being, if desired and applicable.
Acupuncture appointments last one hour. Initial appointment fee is to establish care and accounts for the time the practitioner spends going over patient intake forms ahead of time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Microneedling and Red Light Facial Treatment
Microneedling Facial Treatment- $175
The microneedling tool uses tiny needles vibrating at high speed drawn across the skin to increase blood flow and circulation to the face. Microneedling is also called “collagen induction therapy” and harnesses the body’s natural ability to stimulate collagen, which helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles. In addition to addressing fine lines and wrinkles, micro needling is an effective treatment for age spots, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring and acne-prone skin. Microneedling treatments include a red light treatment on the face to increase blood flow and healing as well as a collagen facial mask at the end of the treatment to soothe the skin.

Community Acupuncture Days
Once a month, I offer community style acupuncture at sliding scale discounted pricing. This is a chance to receive treatment alongside a 1-3 other folks, make connections, meet community and relax. Points chosen will be general wellness/ stress relief focused and align with the season. Sliding scale pricing $40-$60 via cash, check or venmo. 4 slots available at 10am, 11am and noon.
