Sweet Dreams Bath Salts
A luxurious, moisturizing and relaxing bath of flowers, oils and oats. Works best if you pour the desired amount into a small cloth bag, tea bag, or even a plain white cotton sock, to create a bath tea. This way the salts will dissolve but the flowers and herbs won’t get all over the bath tub. Makes 1-2 baths depending on how much you want to use.
Ingredients of current blend:
Epsom salt, coconut oil, jojoba oil, organic mugwort, organic passionflower, organic yarrow, organic chamomile, organic rose petals, lavender, essential oils of rose, sweet orange and geranium rose
